Pauline Beach passed away in Reno, NV on December 5, 2021 (one month shy of her 94th birthday), where she resided since 2018. She was born in January, 1928 in Hanford, CA, graduated from College of Pacific in Stockton, and married Daryl Beach from Hanford, CA in 1948, settling at Hare Creek in Fort Bragg in 1956. After Daryl’s death in 2003, she resided in her home until dementia forced a move to Reno. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Creasy (Moreira), her father Manuel Acevedo, an infant brother and sister, and by her step father Bernard Creasy. Pauline was an extremely active member of the Calvary Baptist Church, and her passion in life was singing in the choir, and worshippin­g through song. She is survived by two daughters, Donna Winkler (Ken), of Fort Bragg, and Judy Carr (Lloyd), of Reno, four grandchild­ren, Amanda Winkler and Andrea Paoli (Marc) of Fort Bragg, Shawn Carr (Kim White) of Sparks, NV, and Scott Carr (Vanessa) of Fernley, NV, six great grandchild­ren, and 4 1/2 great, great grandchild­ren. She is also survived by her 96 year old sister, Marian Vosburgh, in Clovis, CA, and many nieces and nephews. There will be no formal service as cremation has already taken place. Her final resting place will be at Rose Memorial in Fort Bragg at a later date.
