ARIES Actiontrac™ powered running boards feature a unique, patented step-within-a-step™ design and simple-2-install™ system. They’re actually two steps in one, providing the easiest possible access, especially on larger, lifted trucks and Jeeps. When the door opens, the integrated control module automatically deploys the power step, dropping 8 inches below the top step and up to 15 inches below the doorsill. Rather than being retracted underneath the vehicle, the steps fold up into the contoured housing, adding a stylish, aftermarket look and helping to protect the sides of the vehicle from scuffs and door dings. The housing also seals off the steps, pivot points, and all electrical components from exposure to the elements. For the fastest and easiest possible installation, all Actiontrac™ running boards install with no splicing required and most require no drilling for the brackets.
