’19 Chevy Blazer and Bison
The ’19 Chevy Blazer is coming in hot (lukewarm?) with a starting MSRP of $29,995. What you get: 193hp 2.5L inline-four or optional 305hp 3.6L V-6. Nine-speed auto. Room for five bodies. Various trims, because Chevy wants each Blazer to look unique. Like, the RS is a blacked-out ute. The grille on the Blazer sports black, while the Premier also does, but with chrome accents. Distinctive features also hit the emblem, wheels, and exhaust.
You might care more about the new take on the Colorado ZR2. The Bow Tie and AEV got together for a collaboration on this one, and the result was the Bison. Items include Aev-designed stamped-steel bumpers, five skidplates (think: fuel tank, diffs, and so on), a Chevy-themed flow-through grille, and pretty much everything you would expect on a regular Colorado ZR2. It’s available in January.
