Maybe it’s the re­li­ably crunchy crust made in brick ovens with a trace of corn­meal to help ’em slide, or the way they make a more-than-de­cent ve­gan pie you can get carry-out or through GrubHub? What­ever it is, its Shaggy-meet­sThe-All­man-Broth­ers vibe has be­come ubiq­ui­tous and in­dis­pens­able. Run­ners-up are Doc Chey’s Noo­dle House, and Willy’s.
