The North American desert where some bobcats live gets very hot. All year, daytime temperatures can get over 100°F! Luckily, these cats are much like the cats you may have at home because they usually like to spend their days snoozing. This is also when the blaring sun is at its hottest. Their dens are also a good way to stay out of the blazing hot sun.
