What’s life like as a celebrity pet? Make It Pop star Megan Lee’s Shih Tzu-poodle tells all!
How did you end up coming to live with Megan?
I was originally staying with one of Megan’s family friends, and then, in January, Meg adopted me from them! I’ve been living with her and her family ever since, and I couldn’t be happier!
Your name is so cute! How did you get it?
Megan’s younger brother, Lucas, came up with it! He suggested naming me Kylo after one of the characters in the latest Starwars movie.
Megan plays a singer on the Nick show, Does she sing to you at home?
Make It Pop.
Yes! She’s always singing. Sometimes Megan sings to me. Other times, I overhear her belting out her favorite tunes while she’s in the shower!
If you were in a band, like Megan is on Make It Pop, what would it be called and which other celeb pets would be in it?
I’d love to be in a band with Katy Perry’s dog — how fun would that be?! We’d call ourselves Make It Bark, and we’d play dance music.
Have you visited Megan on the set of her show yet?
I haven’t had the chance to visit her on set yet! Hopefully, I’ll get the chance to spend time with her and her castmates on set soon!
How do you and Megan keep in touch when she’s away filming new episodes?
We Skype each other a lot so we can talk. Megan’s mom also texts her cute pictures of me when she’s not home.
What do you miss the most when she’s gone?
Cuddling with her! I love snoozing on her lap and snuggling with her at night.
What would your perfect day with Megan include?
It would probably involve us staying home all day and relaxing on the sofa together. We’d watch movies, eat yummy food and play catch!
What are some secrets you can tell us about Megan?
Whenever she eats finger foods, she always uses a fork or chopsticks — she never just picks it up! It’s kind of funny, actually. Megan is also obsessed with movie theater popcorn! It must be pretty tasty because she once told me that sometimes she’ll go to the movies just so she can munch on it!
