Illuminated invites

Craft your own invites with black cardstock and neon paint pens. Use different-colored pens to write the party details on each invitation. Include a cute phrase like, “It’s my birthday and we’re glowing crazy!” to let them know about your party’s theme. Make sure you tell you friends to wear white or neon colors so their clothes will glow, too.
