LOOPY LOHAN NEEDS HELP!
FORMER stoner and falling down drunk Lindsay Lohan has been trying to clean up her life by running an eatery in Greece and helping Syrian refugees — but she’s still a train wreck.
The latest embarrassment came on a Moscow, Russia, street where the goofy do-gooder got into a violent encounter — that SHE recorded — with a homeless refugee couple and their two young boys.
The meddling Mean Girls star started off saying: “Tell me your story so I can help you.”
Then, she somehow got it into her ditzy noggin that “they’re trafficking children.”
At this point, Lindsay tried to lure the boys away, telling them she’d put them in a hotel where they could watch TV and play video games.
“I’m not leaving until I take you,” she says. “Give me your hand. My car is this way.”
The furious mom reportedly whacked the would-be child-snatcher in the puss and Lindsay burst into sobs saying: “I’m, like, so in shock … I’m just so scared.”
We don’t know if she was drunk or high during this crazy run-in.
Or, if she acts that way because she’s been loaded so many times.
A source says her loved ones are “concerned … she may no longer be sober.”
An insider blabs she’s been “partying … drinking a lot” and is a “nightmare to those around her.”
Lindsay says she began working with children and refugees because she feels she has “a lot of love to offer.”
We say this airhead, who blew a promising movie career with her substance abuse, has no business sticking her nose in other folks’ lives until she gets her own house in order.
She needs help before she gets hurt — or hurts others.
