CHRISSY FINALLY LETS IT ALL HANG OUT!

PLUS-SIZE performer Chrissy Metz says it took her decades to feel comfortable wearing a swimsuit in public — and didn’t go uncovered at the beach until she turned 38 this year.

“I grew up wearing a T-shirt at the pool,” confesses the This Is Us star, who has crushed the scales at 389 pounds and finally sported swimwear in Barbados in June.

“There were people, like, ‘Oh my God, look at you! You know I could never do that.’

“It’s a backhanded compliment, but I’m doing what I want to do.”
