FORMER American Idol judge Paula Abdul fell off a stage while performing at a Biloxi, Miss., concert — but seems to have survived with only bruises to her ego!
The 56-year-old songbird didn’t seem to realize she’d reached the edge of the stage and stepped off, plunging into the crowd while performing The Promise of a New Day.
Hard-as-nails Paula told freaked fans she’s “gotten used to falls and drops” as a dancer, says a source, who adds she finished the concert “like a champ.”
