“Rod wants to say goodbye in style — while he’s still healthy enough to do so,” spills a source close to the 73-year-old Forever Young singer.
In 2016, Rod was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate that was later found to be benign. Years earlier, he endured throat surgery after a thyroid cancer diagnosis — leaving him terrified he’d never sing again!
Now insiders say before time runs out, Rod wants to mend fences with Jeff Beck — and have the guitar god join him and fellow former bandmate Rolling Stone Ron Wood for a ’60s superstar reunion!
“I’m up for it if he’s up for it,” says Rod of Beck.
