Rosemary extract boosts memory
SHAKESPEARE was on to something — in his play Hamlet, he wrote rosemary is "for remembrance," and a new study has found the woody herb improved recall among test subjects! Researchers led by Dr. Mark Moss at Britain’s Northumbria University discovered participants who consumed water dosed with rosemary extract saw a 15 percent brain boost 20 minutes after downing the drink. The results led Moss to liken the beverage to a "turbo charger for the brain."
