Long before hooking up with Will, Jada fell for a white dude named John and brought him home to meet Mom. Adrienne confesses she never even tried to “like John.” Jada says her mom always told her, “You have to get along with white people, but don’t ever bring them home.” She also admits when her nephew married a white gal the family “gave her a hard time … and she really had to prove herself.
