A MICHI­GAN judge has been hit with three felony charges — for med­dling in her own di­vorce case!

Af­ter be­ing as­signed to han­dle her own 2016 di­vorce, Liv­ingston County Judge Theresa Bren­nan deleted in­for­ma­tion from her iPhone and then lied about it un­der oath, prose­cu­tors say.

She’s charged with per­jury, tam­per­ing with ev­i­dence and act­ing cor­ruptly in of­fice.

The Michi­gan Ju­di­cial Ten­ure Com­mis­sion is also in­ves­ti­gat­ing Bren­nan, a judge since 2005, for us­ing court staffers to per­form per­sonal tasks for her, in­clud­ing stain­ing her of­fice desk on county time.

Bren­nan is on paid leave, but she’s been called on to re­sign.

“The good peo­ple of Liv­ingston County should no longer be sub­jected to her shenani­gans and frankly, crim­i­nal ac­tiv­ity,” said State Sen­a­tor-elect Lana Theis.
