ROSEANNE NOT BARRED IN ISRAEL

It’s the height of irony. After getting canned from her own sitcom for racist remarks about a black woman, ROSEANNE BARR has been invited to speak before Israel’s congress, the Knesset, by Deputy Speaker YEHIEL HILIK BAR on Jan. 30, about prejudice against Jews. The pro-Israel comic plans to detail the worldwide BDS movement (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions) aimed at crippling the Jewish state. “I have important work to do as a voice against the insidious and anti-Semitic BDS movement,” she says. Hope there are no black women in the audience.
