SOUTHERN Charm sidekick J.D. Madison was busted for writing a bad check just before the holidays — less than four months after the reality star was accused of sex assault!

Madison, 45, was cuffed over a $875.33 check that failed to clear in 2017 but was released on $570 bond.

In August 2018, a woman told South Carolina cops Madison drugged and attacked her the year before — but no criminal charges have been filed in that case.
