Crystal Nails and Spa late last month. But after it was declined, the witch told staffers she was going outside to get cash from her car — and Annie jumped in front of the vehicle to prevent the deadbeat from skipping out on the tab, police say.
But when Whipple tried to speed off in the stolen black Camaro, police say the hustler, who’s still on the lam, fatally struck Annie and fled!
“She ran off for $35 and killed my wife,” says heartbroken Sonny Chung.
