BRUTAL BIKER GANG ON HIGHWAY TO HELL!
Feds hit Gypsy Jokers with kidnap, torture and murder charges
OUTLAW biker boss Kenneth Hause and five of his Gypsy Joker henchmen have been busted for terrorizing the Pacific Northwest in a horrific tenyear spree of kidFederal napping, torture and murder lawmen charge the motorcycle thugs with chilling crimes, including murder, brutally beating rivals senseless, threatening to kill stoolies, torturing members who rebelled against Hause, and dealing methamphetamine and other drugs.
“This is an organization whose members and associates pride themselves on living outside the law and use kidnapping, assault, murder and other forms of violence to extend and maintain their power,” U.S. Attorney Billy J. Williams says.
Just last September, feds say Gypsy Joker president Hause, 61, beat the snot out of an Oregon Veterans Motorcycle Association member, knocking his teeth out with brass knuckles and ordering him to shut down his club.
He also gave a similar vicious beating to one of his own members, punching, stomping and kicking the man while expelling him from the gang, feds say.
Hause reportedly kept witnesses to his crimes from ratting him out by threatening to kill anyone who sang, lawmen charge.
In December 2008, he and club goons assaulted customers at Bar 181 in Portland, Ore., after learning one of them had squealed to police, the feds say.
The bikers also assaulted a gang moll for dancing with members of the rival Mongols Motorcycle Club, say prosecutors.
Four Gypsy Jokers were charged with the 2015 kidnapping and torture-killing of member Robert Lee Huggins, 58, who they believed had burglarized a gang member’s home.
Huggins’ savaged corpse was found with an “X” carved in it in a Washington state field. He’d had nails driven through his boots, teeth knocked out, a leg and rib broken, his skull bashed in and knife slashes across his face and back.
An indictment names Hause, Earl Deverle Fisher, 48, Ryan Anthony Negrinelli, 36, Joseph Duane Folkerts, 61, and Mark Leroy Dencklau, 58, as the forces behind the horrific crime spree.
So far, Fisher, Negrinelli and Folkerts have pleaded not guilty — and the other defendants are expected to enter similar pleas.
But prosecutor Williams vows “Hause and his codefendants will face the consequences of their crimes.”
