MEGHAN MAKING HARRY MEAN!
PRINCE HARRY used to be a down-to-earth regular dude, but his spoiled, high-handed wife, Meghan, is turning the redhead into a demanding, luxury-loving snot, charges royal biographer Duncan Larcombe.
“All of Harry’s staff have always thought he was fantastic,” but he’s “becoming difficult to cater for” since he wed his bride last year, says the author.
The 34-year-old former army officer — who saw combat in Afghanistan — used to be a rough-and-tumble, mellow guy, who liked to party like a goofy frat boy. In 2012, the beer-swilling prince stripped naked while partying with pals in Las Vegas.
But Larcombe reports the late Princess Diana’s youngest son has turned snooty and “has become quite grumpy and aloof from his own inner circle of staff. Harry was always very pally with them, so this is very unlike him.”
American-born Meghan has also ruffled a lot of feathers, including those of her sister-in-law, Kate, the wife of Harry’s older brother William — and as GLOBE has reported, the royal family wants her gone because she and her clan are humiliating the queen.
But Harry is fighting his own relatives tooth and nail. Insiders say he becomes
“very defensive and angry” at the slightest hint his pregnant wife is being criticized.
“It’s clear she wears the pants in the family and orders him around,” says a palace courtier. “She’s made him cut back on beer, abandon his buddies and take up yoga. Her antics have created a gulf between him and his brother. Meghan is remaking Harry into her own image — and it’s not a good fit. I get the impression Harry’s hanging on by his fingernails, hoping the April birth of their baby will turn things around.”
