The Real co-host JEANNIE MAI’s ex FREDDY HARTEIS wasted no time getting into a steamy fling following their divorce a year ago. He and galpal LINSEY TOOLE welcomed their first child just months ago, and now Jeannie’s bounced back on the dating-go-round. The 40-year-old star fessed up that she’s getting cozy with rapper JEEZY. Jeannie told pals: “Jeezy and I hang out. He’s very special to me. We don’t really have a label to define what it is we’re doing. We’re just having a good time together.”
