SONGBIRD Natalie Maines’ estranged husband wants the country star to cough up major money for spousal and child support — despite signing a prenup that promised him nothing!
Actor Adrian Pasdar, star of Heroes and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., has called the couple’s 2000 deal “unconscionable,” claiming the Dixie Chicks singer is worth $50 million, while he makes a measly $150,000 a year.
Now he’s demanding $44,076 a month for himself and an additional $16,427 for expenses for the couple’s sons — Jackson, 17, and Beckett, 14.
Pasdar, 53, says his 44-yearold wife was the breadwinner and argues he put his career on hold to take care of the kids.
Meanwhile, Maines — who filed for divorce in 2017 — has accused Pasdar of attempting to wear her down and drag out their split.
