ANGIE’S ACHING TO ADOPT AGAIN!
After oldest boy leaves home, she pines for another kid
MOVIE witch Angelina Jolie has three biological kids and three adopted ones with ex Brad Pitt — and now the single mom is determined to add at least one more to her brood!
The 44-year-old Maleficent beauty, now busy shooting the Marvel superhero flick The Eternals in England, has been pining for another child since 18-year-old son Maddox flew the nest to attend college in South Korea.
“She’s gung ho to expand her family,” spills an insider.
And she’s reportedly got the okay to adopt from her other offspring — Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
“They’re all for it,” dishes the insider. “Pax and Zahara are thrilled Angie wants to adopt from a poorer country. Shiloh is all for it too because she loves being a big sister already to Viv and Knox, who are also very excited.
“Angie will be adopting as a single mom — and a single mom she’ll remain,” says the source. “No one thinks she’ll ever allow the man in her life to have legal ties to the new child the way she did with Brad, who formally adopted Maddox, Pax and Zahara.”
Because of her work as a United Nations goodwill ambassador, the actress has “ties to so many countries, so she won’t be involved in too much red tape or background screening,” notes the source.
“She favors picking a child from an impoverished region she’s familiar with, like Syria or another part of the Middle East or Africa.
The only holdup is wrapping her Marvel movie.
“Once that’s done the plan is to have a baby in her arms by year’s end at the latest,” the insider says.
