The gender-bending exOlympic decathlon champ, known as Bruce Jenner before transforming into a woman, “now realizes getting so much surgery was a huge mistake, not least because it’s so uncomfortable and tough to maintain,” reveals an insider.

The 69-year-old “started with her boobs” — dropping them from a bra-busting double-D “to a reasonable C cup,” dishes the insider.

“They were getting in the way and stretching out her sweaters. Big boobs are so overrated, she sighs. She’s very pleased with the results and thinks they make her look a whole lot leaner, too.”

Next on the chopping block for the former jock, who fathered six kids with three wives as a man, is deflating her bubble butt, as well as cooling it on Botox injections, fillers and other treatments, the source says.

“She thought getting all these nip and tucks would make her happier but not so much. She blew tens of thousands of dollars only to wish she hadn’t gone so overboard.

“It’s a little late for Caitlyn to grow old gracefully, but she’s doing what she can, and it’s good timing with her 70th birthday coming up on Oct. 28.”
