KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN flipped her wig when sister Kim told her she was going bald — and now she’s getting plasma treatments injected into her head in a desperate attempt to grow some fuzz!

The tress distress unfolded on the season 17 premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians when Kim, 38, noticed her big sister’s shining pate.

“Kourtney, your hair is gone!” shrieked Kim. “You’re bald! You have to go to the hospital right now … Oh my God! I’m afraid for your life!”

Kourtney, 40, blamed the “hole in my head” on her severe updo ponytail, swearing to get off her high ponies from now on.
