SECRETS TV FASHION KING TOOK TO GRAVE

Project Runway’s Chris March died bitter & broke

-

PROJECT Runway fashion star Chris March went to his grave bitter, broke — and overflowing with a slew of shocking secrets about longtime Runway judge Heidi Klum and celeb pals Madonna, Meryl Streep, Lady Gaga and Beyoncé!

The grossly overweight 56-year-old designer died of a heart attack on Sept. 5 following a barrage of health problems from a near-fatal fall in his apartment in 2017.

He had hit his head, laid unconscious for four days and then spent two months in a medically induced coma that left his right arm and both lower legs paralyzed.

Broke and forced to move from the Big Apple to a live-in medical facility in Stockton, Calif., the clothes king hoped to raise $100,000 to pay his bills on a GoFundMe site and was devastated when his well-heeled friends seemingly turned their backs on him.

“His pleas to wealthy friends like Heidi and Madonna and Beyoncé and Lady Gaga seemed to fall on deaf ears,” spills a snitch.

“Even Meryl, who loved the white gown he created for her to wear at the Golden Globes in 2010, disappointed him.

“He felt abandoned and complained that none of them came through for him,” but was too much of a gentleman to tattle on them.

Chris also died bitter over “never getting the respect he felt he deserved” or being able to sell a line of his fashions in high-end stores.

And his final days in the facility were “hellish,” notes the insider. “He couldn’t get out of bed on his own.”

But the biggest blow was feeling abandoned.

“The cause of death may have been heart attack, but his heart was already broken,” says the source.
