KHLOÉ Kardashian is so upset over her stepdad Bruce Jenner’s change into a gal called Caitlyn, she hasn’t spoken to the sex swapper for five years, insiders say.
The 35-year-old sister of Kim, Kourtney and Rob and daughter of Kris Jenner says she’s mourned losing Olympic champ Bruce just as she grieved over the death of her biological dad, the late O.J. Simpson Dream Team lawyer Robert Kardashian.
“I saw the transformation as a huge loss,” she confesses. “It was about my own loss; it was about the pain I felt because he was walking out of our lives.”
Some of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star’s agony is due to Bruce putting off telling his family about his plans when he started the gender-changing treatments in 2013, she says.
Instead of hearing the news from him, the family found out from the media.
“In some ways I felt the worst part was that other people had known about the transition before we did,” she says. “We kept asking him, ‘Bruce, like what’s going on? We’re hearing all these rumors.’
“And he kept telling us one thing but really he knew he was transitioning and wouldn’t be honest with us.
“I felt devalued by that fact.” Khloé says she also feels Caitlyn, then married to Kris, failed on a promise to her dying dad to “always take care of them.”
Caitlyn, 70, admits the painful feud, noting that Khloé was “pi**ed off” during the transition and has refused to speak to her since then, but doesn’t know what her current gripe is.
“We were really close, I raised her since she was five years old,” Caitlyn says. “I really don't know what her issues are.”
