IT HAPPENS every year — a gaggle of celebrities who once were huge headline makers and stars plummet into the pits of their careers and/or private lives. So, with no further ado, here are the six biggest celeb losers of 2019:

• FELICITY HUFFMAN

went from Emmy winner in Desperate Housewives to ex-con! Caught red-handed in the college bribery scandal, she pleaded guilty to paying $15,000 to rig her daughter’s university entrance exam score and served 11 days in prison. • Also accused, LORI

LOUGHLIN — former star of ’90s sitcom Full House and recent Netflix reboot Fuller House — who was charged, along with fashion designer hubby Mossimo Giannulli, with paying $500Gs to a fixer to get their two daughters into college. They’ve pleaded not guilty and face 60 years in the pokey if convicted.

• CAITLYN JENNER — a.k.a. 1976 Olympic decathlon champ Bruce before her sex-swap op — was the media darling of 2015 when she came out as a transgender gal and graced the cover of Vanity Fair in lingerie. Since then, her reality show bombed and she joined a bunch of no-name celebs on Brit TV’s I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! (And was voted off!)

Disgraced comic BILL COSBY just doesn’t get it. Despite losing his appeal to have his 2018 conviction for drugging and sexually violating a young gal overturned, he continues to wail that he’s innocent. He’s now serving up to ten years behind bars in Pennsylvania.

PRINCE ANDREW, pathetically denying charges by a gal who claims murdered pedophile Jeffrey Epstein pimped her out to him, was axed from his job as a royal rep and shunned by his family. Capping it all was a disastrous TV interview where he failed to convince anyone he didn’t have sex with the underage teen.

Desperate for fame again, PARIS HILTON begged old pal Kim Kardashian to appear in her music video comeback, Best Friend’s A**. But even Kim’s current stardom couldn’t raise the hotel heiress brat’s video higher than a crummy No. 45 on the Billboard charts!
