HOME improvement pro Chip Gaines nearly talked his way out of a second date with future wife Joanna — who was less than impressed by his motormouth!
“It wasn’t love at first sight,” admits Joanna, who tied the knot with the hunky handyman in 2003.
Adds the former Fixer Upper star: “I was typically attracted to guys who were more on the quiet side. Based on our first date, it was clear that Chip was anything but quiet.”
