BIG shot Brad Pitt is being wooed to appear in the new Jackass movie, which will begin shooting in July — come hell or high water, sources say.

After ten years, original stars Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera and Chris Pontius are reuniting to make more mischief on-screen, and sources snitch Brad, 56, is seriously considering getting in on the wacky act!

“Brad’s known Johnny and the Jackass team for years and years, and his one famous on-camera stunt for the TV series, where he helped fake his own kidnapping, is one of the favorite things he’s ever done in show business. People still ask him about it all the time,” spills an insider.

The tipster says the crew is planning to rent a large property outside Los Angeles where they can live and work on the film in total secrecy — essentially quarantining the entire production if necessary!

The Jackass series, which spawned three popular movies, was a huge hit for MTV when it debuted in 2000, and the outrageous stunt show ran for three seasons.

In the series finale, Brad was “kidnapped” by three men in ski masks while standing in line at the worldfamous Pink’s Hot Dogs in Hollywood.

Onlookers watched in horror as the Fight Club hunk screamed for help. Some even dialed 911 as the vehicle sped off!

“Brad Pitt was in line, and he was just kidnapped and thrown into a van,” one caller said. “I’m really not kidding.”

Squeals the insider, “Can’t wait to see how they top that!”
