JEALOUS Gwen Stefani is returning to The Voice — so she can keep tabs on beau Blake Shelton and soon-to-be-single Kelly Clarkson, insiders say!
“Gwen won’t let Kelly and Blake out of her sight! She’s not taking any chances!” dishes an insider.
As GLOBE reported last week, sources say Blake’s been giving his fellow coach a shoulder to cry on since she filed for divorce from husband Brandon Blackstock — and that’s got Gwen fit to be tied!
“I get why Gwen is pissed,” tattles a source.
“Suddenly Blake’s on the phone and texting to comfort Kelly — who just happens to be attractive and talented.”
Country hunk Blake, 44, and pop hottie Gwen, 50, started dating five years ago while working together on The Voice.
The No Doubt singer, who has been a coach on several seasons, will take over Nick Jonas’ spot when the NBC singing competition returns.
To ensure Kelly, 38, knows Blake is her man, Gwen has gone on a public charm offensive, according to spies!
When Blake celebrated his birthday on June 18, Gwen posted a selfie of the couple on Instagram: “happy birthday @blakeshelton thank u for being my best friend,” she wrote, adding the hashtag “#luckyme.”
The two have been quarantining with Gwen’s three boys at Blake’s Oklahoma ranch and recently bought their first home together — a lavish, three-story $13.2 million home on a private 1.6-acre lot in Los Angeles.
“This whole thing may be finally pushing them to make it official,” says a pal.
“Between the lockdown and Kelly, I wouldn’t be at all surprised!”
