ANGRY ANGIE: CUSTODY JUDGE IS THE PITS!

Charges jurist did biz with Brad’s lawyer

-

FEARING she’s losing ground in her continuing custody battle with Brad Pitt, desperate Angelina Jolie is demanding the judge deciding the dispute be booted from the case!

The 45-year-old Maleficent witch’s hardball move insists that Judge John W. Ouderkirk be ousted, claiming he’s a business crony of a lawyer working for the hunky star.

But sources say the real reason is she’s really terrified she’s losing her leverage in their years-long battle with Brad — who has a strained relationship with sons Maddox, 18, and Pax, 16 — having won greater time with younger kids Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 13, and 12-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

“Things haven’t been going her way even though she’s budged on everything having to do with money and custody,” spills an insider.

“Now she’s found link tracing back

a to Brad’s camp and she’s calling foul.”

Adds the source: “Brad’s fighting to keep the judge on board. He thinks Angie’s desperate and willing to do anything to trip him up because she’s backed up against a wall.”

The tattletale says the screen diva’s legal move is typical of “what happens when Angie doesn’t get what she wants.

“She starts finding fault with the people they’re dealing with, instead of looking for a compromise.”

So now she wants a new judge to oversee their private case.

“Some may say that’s not exactly playing fair either, but Angie doesn’t see it that way,” says the insider.

“She means to win.” Ironically, Angelina had everyone thinking she and Brad were getting along just a while ago.

“She did it because she thought it would work in her favor,” the source tattles.

“Now she’s turned the tables again.

“When she filed for divorce four years ago, she vowed to make him pay, and that’s still her main objective here.”
