FRENZIED talk queen Ellen DeGeneres has ousted three top producers from her gabfest in a last-ditch bid to keep her job after being rattled to the bone by backstage scandals, sources dish. GLOBE has learned executive producers Ed Glavin and Kevin Leman, and co-executive producer Jonathan Norman, were given the heaveho after former staffers charged they’d experienced racism, bullying and other questionable behavior on the “toxic” set of the megabucksspinning show.
Though Ellen, 62, denies any wrongdoing, she still apologized to her staff, and WarnerMedia — the show’s parent company — conducted an investigation.
Warner brass have said they’re “disappointed” the initial inquiry indicated some problems related to the show’s day-to-day management — but added not every complaint appeared to be valid.
Meanwhile, the insider spills Ellen was in on the details of the probe from the

“She found the three ‘guilty as charged’ and signed off on the firings,” spills the source. “She’s mad as hell that this has happened.”
According to the tattletale, the tarnished daytime diva thrives on being the queen of the talk show circuit and feels lost without her crown!
“She hates that her potential guests are flocking to The
Kelly Clarkson Show instead, and she’s angry at her socalled pals for not rallying around her.”
Though some celebs have publicly vouched for the pixieheaded prattler — including Jerry O’Connell and Ashton Kutcher — others have remained shockingly silent!
Sources tell GLOBE Ellen’s wife, Portia de Rossi, 47, did stick up for her spouse — but only after the host begged her bride for support! “Their marriage has been through so many ups and downs — and this hasn’t been good for it either,” adds the insider. “Ellen’s paranoid about losing her wife AND her job.”
Now, the source tattles, “Ellen hopes the sackings are enough to save her from being fired or forced to resign!”
