36, after she publicly confessed about her unhappy marriage to first hubby Ryan Adams, whom she divorced in 2016.
“They’ve supported each other through their ups and downs, and Chrissy’s leaning on her friend more than ever now,” dishes an insider. “Chrissy’s not one to hang around and mope. But being single is hard for her, especially for someone so outgoing as she is.”
Now blissfully wed to 35-year-old second hubby, Dawes singer Taylor Goldsmith, Mandy wants to help her roly-poly pal, sources say.
“She knows a lot of eligible men in the business, and Taylor has a vast network of musicians who are single and ready to mingle,” spills the insider.
“Mandy’s putting out the word, and she has a few possible contenders.”
Although her rep insists it’s not true, our source says fivefoot-five Chrissy is looking for a nice guy who appreciates a “real woman with real curves because, let’s face it, she’s never going to be skinny,” notes the insider of the star, who’s weighed as much as 399 pounds.
“Chrissy’s been without a boyfriend for two years, and at first it was okay because she needed to heal and get over Hal.”
But now, says the source, she’s finding the loneliness intolerable: “She yearns to have a guy around the house, someone to cook with and watch TV with, and share a few laughs. She feels she deserves that.”
