Fears sitcom beauty is wasting away
DUMPED by Brad Pitt for a stunning young model, Jennifer Aniston is starving herself in her heartbreak and wasting away to a sad bag of bones, say sources.
The 51-year-old rom-com queen thought she and her 56-year-old ex-hubby could have a second chance at love, but her hopes were dashed when he started canoodling with 27-year-old German model Nicole Poturalski, sources say.
“She was desperately hoping they could somehow make things work again romantically, but he’s made it very clear now that’s not going to happen,” spills a source.
“It’s left her in a real slump emotionally — and food is the last thing on her mind.
“Jen’s been skipping meals and messing with her diet for a while now, but this is about more than that.
“Her clothes are falling off her and she’s incredibly gaunt and hollow cheeked.”
As GLOBE previously reported, Aniston and Pitt toyed with getting back together after he and second wife Angelina Jolie split up more than four years ago.
The friendly exes — who were married for five years before he dumped her for Angelina in 2005 — had planned a trip to Mexico over Thanksgiving, sources say. But Pitt pulled the plug on their romantic getaway and is now pushing Nicole to end her open marriage to a German restaurateur, claim sources.
It’s all taking a toll, says the source: “Jen’s not taking care of herself like she used to. There’s a lot of worry.”
