ROSEANNE OUT FOR REVENGE!

Plots TV comeback three years after fired from sitcom

-

DISGRACED Roseanne Barr has lost a ton of weight as part of her revenge scheme to make a big comeback splash on TV after she was axed from her own sitcom for a shameful racist remark.

“Roseanne’s ready to show Hollywood folks what they’ve been missing,” blabs an insider. “She feels bad for what she did and she apologized, though some may argue that point.

“But she’s mad as hell that they continued the show without her. She still has connections and is putting out feelers in Hollywood.

“She’s angling to get her own show, maybe a talk show or another sitcom, maybe even both.”

The 68-year-old funnygal was booted from Roseanne in 2018 after a racist tweet saying then-President Barack Obama’s former top aide Valerie Jarrett, a Black woman, was the offspring of the Muslim Brotherhood and an ape.

Despite her apology, ABC canceled the sitcom, killed off her character and rebooted the show as The Conners. The series is still going strong without her, enjoying its third season with original stars John Goodman, Sara Gilbert, Laurie Metcalf, Michael Fishman and Lecy Goranson.

Roseanne’s also furious with her former castmates for not standing by her during the crisis, insiders say.

“She’s saying Sara Gilbert will rue the day she spoke out against her, and even John Goodman should’ve been more supportive,” says the insider.

Now, she’s slimmed down and plotting a revenge comeback.

“She’s out to show everyone who was mean to her that she’s back in a big way — and looking fabulous too,” adds the source.
