KELLY OSBOURNE’S FIGHT TO STAY SOBER
KELLY OSBOURNE confesses she started boozing again after four years off the sauce!
“I relapsed, not proud of it but I’m back on track,” says the 36-year-old wild child daughter of rocker Ozzy and former The Talk chatterbox Sharon.
“I just want to let you know that I’m sober today and I’m going to be sober tomorrow, but I’ve truly learned that it is just one day at a time.”
At the height of her partying, says Kelly, she regularly “embalmed” her body with a cocktail of amphetamines, tranquilizers and marijuana.
“I never truly slept. I was in a haze of hangovers and withdrawals,” the purplehaired, former Fashion Police host dished last year. in a padded cell to keep her off drugs, Kelly says she got clean in 2017 after finally deciding to change her ways. normal things,” she says.
“I’d put blackout curtains in my house so I didn’t know what time it was. I thought, ‘I don’t want to live like this anymore.’”
Finally, she called her brother Jack for help.
“I got into his car. I was wearing a T-shirt and underwear,” she recalls.
“I remember saying to him, crying, ‘I don’t want to be a fat drunk loser anymore. I want to be a skinny winner.’ ”
