BRAINS BLOWN OUT IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!
ATOXIC 20-year relationship exploded in gunfire when videotape caught a woman executing her former lover with a bullet to the back of the head in broad daylight, police say.
Latisha Bell didn’t bother to change her clothes and was still carrying the murder weapon when she surrendered to New York City police, according to authorities.
“I am turning myself in for the homicide,” Bell said, according to police records.
“The gun is inside the bag. I did the shooting.”
Bell, 38, faces charges of murder and weapons possession in the shooting of her former partner, churchgoing mother of two Nichelle Thomas.
The couple were broken up for three years when Bell charged Thomas, 52, from behind and pumped a pointblank bullet into her ex’s head on April 21, authorities say.
Thomas never saw her estranged lover stalking her from behind before she was gunned down around 1 p.m. while walking to a nearby deli, the video shows.
She was studying at New York Theological Seminary in Manhattan to be a mental health counselor, a friend says.
The couple had a combative history, with 13 domestic incident reports — with Bell identified as the aggressor in ten of them, according to Brooklyn District Attorney

Bell’s sister claims her jailed sibling was mentally ill and blames the victim for trying to rekindle their relationship.
Sources say Bell had come back into Thomas’ life in recent weeks.
Building worker Tieaisha Holmes, 59, recalls a chilling chat with Thomas earlier that week as she tried to get inside her apartment after Bell locked her out.
“She was scared,” says Holmes. “You could see the fear in her eyes. She said, ‘Mental illness is real.’ I will never forget that.”
A shaken neighbor says: “Thomas was a very nice lady. She didn’t deserve this.”
