AFTER the crash of their recent romances, exlovers Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have cozied up again, but insiders claim the reboot is a hoax to keep them in the limelight!
Sources snitch J.Lo, 51, who kicked womanizing fiancé Alex Rodriguez to the curb, and Ben, 48, jilted by Blade Runner 2049 bombshell Ana de Armas, have drawn up a dating contract laying the ground rules for their new relationship.
“Their get-togethers have been less about romantic time and more about PR,” says a spy.
“They both came out of messy splits and the buzz about their connection is just what their bruised egos need.
“They have every photo op, dinner date, gym class and vacation together lined up already — subject to some fine-tuning and switching around here and there.
“The contract’s being drawn up so they’re on the same page and with no misunderstandings.”
But back in 2002, the starstudded super-couple known as “Bennifer” were in love and engaged.
Ben shockingly canceled their wedding the day before the ceremony in September 2003, and Jennifer called their permanent split four months later as her “first real heartbreak.”
But recently Ben gushed about J.Lo, praising her work ethic and “fountain of youth” looks.
Now, Ben is more smitten with J.Lo than she is with him but their reboot “has much more to do with saving face after both of them came off looking so lame in their last relationships,” according to the source.
