COP-KILLING socialite Jasmine Hartin was busted again after attacking her moneybags hubby for refusing her access to their children!
The mother of four-yearold twins was out on $15,000 bail in Belize when she chased her partner, Andrew, the son of British billionaire Lord Michael Ashcroft, through a ritzy resort owned by his family.
Jasmine, 32, filmed the incident on her cellphone and can be heard saying, “Why won’t you let me see the kids, Andrew? Why won’t you let me see the children?”
As GLOBE previously reported, Hartin confessed to killing top Belize officer Police Supt. Henry Jemmott, claiming he was teaching her how to handle his Glock pistol when it accidentally fired.
According to a criminal complaint, she and the 42-year-old cop had been “socializing” and drinking alone on a secluded hotel pier in Ambergris Caye, a tropical island haven for millionaire expats, on May 28.
The Canadian-born blonde only admitted to “accidentally” shooting Jemmott
when she was threatened with cocaine possession charges.
“Henry was my friend,” Jasmine whines.
“There’s literally not a day that goes by when I don’t cry and my frigging chest doesn’t hurt and ache for his kids, for his family, for him.”
Now awaiting trial on a negligent manslaughter charge, she was arrested on June 24 after confronting Andrew.
“I’m fighting for my life right now, and the only thing I have left is my children,” Hartin whined in an interview.
Although she and Andrew don’t have a “good relationship,” Jasmine insists: “I didn’t go there looking for a fight. I went there hoping to see my children, whom I have been denied access to.
“Instead, I was prevented from seeing my children.” Jasmine — who faces a maximum prison sentence of nine months or a fine of around $5,000 — adds: “The authorities are now trying to claim I breached my parole by behaving inappropriately. But there is nothing to say I can’t see my children. I would rather go back to prison than give up fighting to see them. I will fight until I have no fight left in me.”
