Although the cheesy duo split in March after a fouryear romance, they still need to discuss their shared business ventures, sources squeal.
“When they broke up, they agreed to reassess a bunch of their investments after everything settled down — and there’s only so much they can delegate to the money people,” spills an insider.
“Meeting up is the last thing J.Lo wants to do, but Alex has no intention of cutting contact if he can help it.”
As GLOBE previously reported, sources say Jenny from the Block, 52, dumped A-Rod, 46, after a series of clashes over his roving eye.
She landed back in the arms of former fiancé Ben Affleck, 49, virtually overnight, leaving the former Yankees slugger heartbroken and humiliated, sources say.
But while they were together, the cash-crazy pair — each worth up to half a billion thanks to their booming brands — sank a fortune into a variety of money-spinning projects.
“They’ve had a team of experts untangling their investments but it’s not a fast process and both of them need to sign off on things,” dishes an insider.
“J.Lo would prefer a Zoom conference, but Alex is pushing to meet in person. Besides the money stuff, he still has a lot to say to Jennifer one-on-one.
“He wants them to maintain a good relationship and to keep making money together, but for equal respect to be shown on both sides.”
