HARRY & MEGHAN ARE NEIGHBORS FROM HELL!
Fat cats fleeing California town as tacky royals set up shop
HARRY and Meghan’s rich and famous neighbors are selling their mansions and moving away fast — as if the duke and duchess were tacky trash, not runaway royals, stunned spies dish!
Instead of property values soaring in celeb-studded Montecito, Calif., since the blue bloods plunked down $14 million for their spread in July 2020, experts insist they seem to be falling.
Billionaire neighbor Peter Sperling was so anxious to unload his seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom, 5.5-acre estate featuring a movie theater, pool and two guesthouses, he eagerly accepted $19 million, a whopping $7.75 million LESS than his $26.75 million asking price!
Months earlier, he sold another home in the community for $16.3 million.
Actor Rob Lowe also dumped his Montecito estate two months after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived, making it three megabucks homes sold since the moneychasing royals moved in!
“You’d think property values would skyrocket when royalty moves in, with people eager to buy in and brag they’re living next to a duke and duchess,” says an insider.
“But the opposite seems true. And the buyer of this latest sale is a trust, so nobody may move into the property.
“The way people seem to be in a rush to move away from Harry and Meghan is a real black eye for the couple.
