Hunk letting himself go after losing to Angelina
BRAD PITT is down in the dumps — literally — after his losing custody battle to Angelina Jolie turned him into a stinky, grungy slob, say sources.
Once the sexiest man in Tinseltown, the 58-year-old stud shocked the crowd when he showed up to Judd Apatow’s celeb-studded 54th birthday benefit at the Hollywood club Largo at the Coronet in raggedy jeans, a camouflage jacket and bucket hat on Dec. 7.
“He can still turn on the style and scrub himself up when he needs to, but in his downtime Brad seems to take pride in being grungy and foul,” spills an insider.
“He’ll wear the same baggy pants and shirt for weeks on end without washing them, doesn’t bother grooming and even ditches deodorant!”
On his off time, the Troy swordsman hangs at offbeat rock gigs and seedy clubs, where the light is dim and he can go without being recognized, say spies.
He also holes up in his art studio, where he’ll chain-smoke and drink coffee all night while pigging out on junk food, says the source.
Pals claim Brad’s always been this hippie but it’s gotten worse since ex Angelina Jolie scored a huge custody victory in 2021.
“When Brad lost 50/50 custody, he started to let himself go appearance-wise even more than usual,” tattles the insider.
Judge John Ouderkirk had previously given Brad joint custody, but he was removed from the divorce case for not revealing a business relationship with Pitt’s lawyers.
That voided his decisions on Brad and Angie’s custody for their five minor children.
“Now Brad’s going to have to start the legal process all over again,” notes the insider. “You really can’t blame the guy for feeling bad, but people wish he would pay more attention to his hygiene because it’s atrocious.”
