CAR GURU BUYS FONZIE’S CYCLE
REALITY show grease monkey Richard Rawlings just scooped up the 1949 motorcycle ridden by The Fonz on TV’s iconic Happy Days for a hot $231,562 — twice what it was expected to fetch.
The 52-year-old star of the just-canceled Fast N’ Loud car restoration show says he bought the bike at an auction themed for actor Henry Winkler, who played Fonzie, to honor his dad, Ray, who’s battling Alzheimer’s.
As a kid in the ’70s, he fondly recalls how he and his father would watch the sitcom together.
