HOME Alone actor Devin Ratray was busted for attacking his galpal because she gave away his autograph for free, say cops.
Ratray, 45, the bully big brother Buzz McCallister in the 1990 hit, downed a bottle of wine and about ten shots before two fans asked for autograph cards at an Oklahoma City bar, cops say. After his galpal gave them away, cops say he followed her to their hotel room, where he choked her, saying: “This is how you die.”
