Hefner promoted sex as sophisticated, classy and fun, but the twisted fat cat treated gals like dirt — and delighted in what he called “Pig Night” orgies with “ugly” hookers at his L.A. mansion.

Hef, who died at 91 of sepsis in 2017, hosted drug-fueled, degrading “Pig Nights” every Thursday, according to former valet Stefan Tetenbaum, who claims his boss had two pimps bring six streetwalkers from Hollywood’s notorious Sunset Strip to the mansion on a regular basis.

Though the pin-up king described the hookers as

“pigs,” Tetenbaum insists Hefner told his VIP guests not to call them that — at least not to their faces.

He made sure the gals were safe by having a doctor examine them for venereal diseases before they had sex with his guests.

On some of the nights, a “special woman called The Bleeder” would show up for kinky kicks, says Tetenbaum.

“She would use a very large syringe and draw blood from these different friends and a girl would come and perform fellatio or give them a hand job,” says the former valet.
