WHAT’S REALLY WRONG WITH CELINE DION?

100-lb. songbird urged to get rehab after canceling tour

AILING songbird Celine Dion has become a frightening 100-pound bag of bones and canceled all her American concerts leaving friends terrified she needs immediate health rehab, sources dish.

Pals went into panic mode after the 53-year-old My Heart Will Go On singer postponed her Las Vegas residency in November claiming “severe and persistent muscle spasms” and then canceled her North American tour via Twitter on Jan. 15.

“I was really hoping I’d be good to go by now, but I suppose I just have to be more patient and follow the regimen my doctors are prescribing,” she says.

But sources insist the 5-foot-7 I’m Alive singer is emaciated at around 100 pounds and her health has red-lined.

“She has a team of doctors doing their level best to stabilize her and help understand and treat these muscle spasms, but the other big elephant in the room is Celine’s weight and how emaciated she’s been for years,” dishes an insider.

“Her appetite is virtually nonexistent and she’s shunned attempts to put her on a more balanced and nutritious diet.”

Sources believe it’s time to stop pussyfooting around and get serious help in a rehab center.

“The collective view is that she needs to pack herself off to a wellness center where she can rest, get the counseling she so obviously needs, and be healed,” the insider says.

“Her friends believe Celine needs to cure her demons once and for all before it’s too late.” The problem is the All by Myself widow won’t take advice, insiders dish.

“She’s very stubborn and independent,” notes the source.

“Despite all the well wishes, she insists on doing it all herself and convalescing by her own rules.”
