Fears there’s trouble ahead
WILD child Miley Cyrus has plunged back into a hardpartying frenzy leaving pals fearing she’s spiraling toward disaster.
The 29-year-old Wrecking Ball songbird famously got sober in 2019, but sources say she’s slid back to “hanging out with all the people she used to party with when she was totally off the rails,” confides an insider.
“The word is she’s been staying up until all hours getting high and making music with some wild guys while making all kinds of plans for trips and house parties at her place in Calabasas.
“She’s assuring everyone she isn’t going to slide back into her old habits, but it really isn’t looking good.”
As GLOBE reported, last March, Miley was spotted downing beer with British musician Yungblud and friends during a boozy night out at Hollywood’s famous Rainbow Room.
And, in late 2020, she opened up during a radio interview about falling off the wagon during the pandemic.
“Miley’s sobriety is something she has to recommit to every day and it’s really hard,” says the insider.
“With the people that she’s spending time with, it’s bound to be even harder.
“She’s talked a lot about how she does feel better with a clear head so it’s no wonder people are worried about the direction she’s going.
“But Miley is adamant she’s happy and doing great, so there’s really not much anyone can do.”
