Erika Jayne is getting some relief — a federal court has cut her loose from the embezzlement and fraud lawsuit pending against her estranged hubby, Tom Girardi!
The reality queen, 50, was sued along with Girardi, 82, in December 2020 for allegedly swiping settlement funds earmarked for Lion Air Flight 610 crash victims.
But her lawyer, Evan Borges, said, “Erika had no role in the Lion Air dealings, actions, or inaction” — and the court agreed.
