Amid reports the 100pound actress is ravaged by stress and rarely eats due to her custody fight with ex-hubby Brad Pitt, a source says there’s “concern” Angelina’s not getting enough “nutrients and vitamins,” which could trigger arthritis flare-ups.
“It’s quite shocking how spindly and veiny her hands are, with the knuckles knobby and the bones looking like they could snap in two,” says the spy. “People close to her are worried she’ll end up in the hospital.”
According to sources, her kids, Maddox, 20, Pax, 18, Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 15, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 13, are said to be so desperate over her health, they’re planning a last-ditch intervention.
