Following her 1976 Olympics decathlon gold medal as a man named Bruce, she competed in Camel GT road racing and won the Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race at the Long Island Grand Prix in 1979 and 1982 — also as a dude.
Now, she’s prepping a team of gal drivers for the W Series starting in May.
W Series CEO Catherine Bond Muir says the “sky is the limit” for Caitlyn’s team since they have “one of the world’s greatest athletes supporting them.”
